In December 2022, the entire Le Jules project was purchased by the Brussels housing companies Everecity and SLRB-BGHM. The project near the NATO headquarters in Evere, once an office building, will provide modern social housing for 80 families from 2025.
The building is designed to be environmentally friendly with rainwater being recovered, a central heating system with an efficient heat pump, and a portion of electricity from solar panels.
The complex will have large balconies or terraces, a large communal terrace with a view of a mini forest, a large central laundry, 182 square meter bike storage and 87 parking spaces.
