Next to the Prins Bisschopssingel in Hasselt, Ciril has created the E-garden Business Park. The park consists of two office buildings which provide a home for businesses in the services industries. Thanks to its location next to Hasselt’s ring road, the park is easily accessed both by car and public transport.

Both office buildings feature the same highly streamlined design, executed by Hasselt’s DBV Architects. The buildings’ entrances look out onto the open patio along which they are constructed. Underground, both structures are joined together via a parking garage counting about 52 parking spaces. E-garden Business Park’s floorplans have been designed with flexibility in mind so that they are easy to reorganise, and so that they will always meet whatever demands the future service sector brings along with it.
