At the Kleindokkaai in Ghent, Ciril bought 2 buildings to develop into a mix of absolute luxury apartments and fantastic offices, coming together in a piece of top architecture. The beautiful location - in the city, by the water, in a hip, upcoming neighbourhood with perfect accessibility – is already making our creativity sparkle. We’re expecting to launch this project in 2021.
