On the former Cinoco site in Molenbeek, Democo is constructing 79 sustainable apartments and communal areas. The ground floor offers 2,700 square meters of workspaces, along with a spacious bicycle storage area for cargo bikes and strollers, and an underground parking facility with car-sharing and electric charging infrastructure.

The project places a strong emphasis on sustainability and circularity. The residential areas are built using solid wood (CLT), and the facade consists of self-supporting bricks, biologically based insulation, and CLT walls. The facade is constructed using sustainable, biodegradable materials.
