Democo and DMI Vastgoed have moved into their new offices at The COOP in Anderlecht during the construction holidays. The two teams now have a modern and trendy home base with a view of the capital. Our colleagues from Ghent moved into their new offices just before the holidays. As of this spring, Democo has a new base camp for East and West Flanders. Projects in both provinces will be managed from the Axxes Business Park in Merelbeke. Visitors can find Democo Ghent at the following address:
