We are pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Lemmens as the new Group IT Director at Democo Group. With 15 years of extensive experience in the IT sector, he will play a key role in driving the technological transformation of Democo Group.
In recent years, our family business has made significant strides to make the entire construction process more sustainable, enhance efficiency and safety on construction sites, and deliver projects of even higher quality. The arrival of Tim Lemmens marks another important step in the digitalization and innovation of our processes.
Tim Lemmens brings an impressive track record: he spent the past four years serving as Chief Digital Officer and later as Chief Operations Officer at digital services provider Inetum Belgium. Prior to that, he worked for nearly six years as Group IT Director at Cegeka Group and began his career as a consultant at Oracle. With this new role, Lemmens also joins the executive committee of Democo Group.
