Design and development of the college campus in the center of Beringen through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agreement with the city of Beringen for the construction of a new city hall, the renovation and expansion of the library, a green public courtyard, an underground parking facility, a brasserie, 40 apartments, and 55 assisted living residences (in collaboration with TM Democo-Willemen).
