Democo is building a brand new office building for HR services group Liantis and entrepreneurs' organisation UNIZO Limburg on the Heros Business Park in Hasselt, commissioned by Herkenrode Development (Ciril and Futurn). There will be a new building of 5,200 m² and parking space for 160 cars and 69 bicycles.
