Democo realized the structural and roofing works for The Wings project of Ghelamco.
This is an ultramodern building complex consisting of 50 000 m² of office space, hotel, fitness restaurants and coworking facilities. It is a pioneering concept and Belgium's first building to receive an award in three categories: BREEAM Excellent ****, WELL 'GOLD' Certification and DGNB 'GOLD' Certification.
The Wings houses state-of-the-art sustainable environments that perfectly balance the relationship between work and well-being. The building itself generates all the energy it needs, without consuming any fossil fuels.
