Commissioned by ION and Steenoven, Democo is realizing the new project 'Roelevard' in Roeselare.
At the beginning of May, Democo will start building some 80 apartments, catering and commercial space, offices and 125 underground parking spaces.
B2Ai made the design together with the internationally renowned architectural firm Snøhetta from Norway. Landscape architect Erik Dewaele was appointed for the green part.
The project consists of a 46-meter high residential tower with luxury apartments and a lower 5-story building.
