Democo is renovating - on behalf of Urbicoon - a former voluminous office complex on the Marcel Thirylaan into 121 spacious luxury flats with a sustainable character, a commercial space and a semi-underground car park. The structure of the building will be preserved, but the rest of the whole will be thoroughly renovated and refurbished.
