Commissioned by Antonissen Development Group, Democo has started the realization of the Laurelle residential project in Laken. We are building 38 apartments, 4 penthouses and 2 commercial spaces, all of which will become an example of sustainability. In addition to the 41 parking spaces, there is also a bicycle shed for 70 bicycles.
