Democo is currently converting the office building on the corner of Antwerp's Rijnpoortvest and Stijfselrui into a residential project with 109 apartments, studios, penthouses and shops. The project has 11 above-ground floors and 2 underground levels with parking spaces and is based on the environment and neighborhood, which will also receive a thorough makeover with the redevelopment of the Leien.
