On behalf of AG RE2 WATERS, Democo constructed the residences Lucid and Vivid in the urban district of Tweewaters in Leuven according to the design by XDGA Architects from Brussels. The Lucid building is a 70-meter high residential tower featuring 65 luxury apartments, and the Vivid building is designed as a five-storey horizontal beam. This building comprises 89 apartments and 55 assisted living apartments. In two underground levels there are parking spaces, cellars and spacious bicycle storage facilities for all residents (in temporary partnership with MBG).
