In the near future, two sustainable housing projects will be erected on the Ezeldijk site in Diest, called 'Nieuwe Kade' and 'Heeren van Diest', where 73 families will have a new home from 2022. An additional advantage is that the houses, which were developed by Ciril, will be built NZE (Nearly Zero-Energy).
