Complete dismantling, reconstruction and interior design of a building in construction team context, resulting in a modern and sustainable zero energy office structure with underground car park (2 floors) for 60 vehicles near Treurenberg in Brussels.
The building won the "Best Innovative Green Building" award at the Mipim Awards 2016 and also achieved BREEAM certification Excellent (Design & Post Construction Stage).
