Construction of a new police station for the Lokale Politie (Hasselt, Zonhoven and Diepenbeek) on Campus H in Hasselt. All services such as the fire brigade, local police, emergency centres and administrative facilities are assembled into one single location on this campus (through temporary business association HAZODI - Democo/Kumpen/Demtec Services).

This office building is being constructed in accordance with the BREEAM Very Good standard and in adherence with the principles of building team (DBM) and LEAN planning.

Offices: 5 building layers covering a total surface area of 5,600 m² Connecting zone: 2 building layers covering 2,500 m² in total (shooting range and detention zones). Parking building: 5 above ground building layers of 7,000 m² total (225 spaces).
