In phase 2 of the Komet residential project, Democo built 120 apartments, including 5 assisted living studios, spread across five buildings. The entire site was equipped with one large shared basement, providing space for technical rooms, storage, and parking.
Thanks to solid preparation and close teamwork, the project was delivered in early 2025 with just 0.5 delivery remarks per 100 m².
