In Sint-Agatha-Berchem, Democo delivered a sustainable new building for the GO! Zavelberg campus, as a partner within the DeBuild consortium. The project brings together a nursery, preschool and primary school under one roof, featuring a well-thought-out progression structure that guides children from infancy through the end of primary education. The campus consists of three floors with a central atrium, steel outdoor terraces and a sports hall on the top level. Sustainability was a key focus, with the use of recycled materials, preserved open space and shared outdoor zones.
