Het Klaverveld Berchem

Green living in Old Berchem

The Klaverveld (the clover field) didn’t get its name just for any reason. This unique housing development in the heart of Berchem literally bathes in greenery. The generous introduction of green space and little squares in between the three building sites connects nicely to the 1.5 ha green zone that is De Veldekens. Thanks to the well-thought out layout of windows and terraces, all residents get to enjoy their own vista over the greenery, whatever the perspective.

Ciril has designed three buildings with a varied offering of two and three-bedroom apartments. The design appeals to young and old, singles or couples, single-parent families and families with children. Featuring a mix of regular flats as well as duplex apartments and penthouses, anyone will discover a home that ticks their boxes here.

Of course, looks are important as well. The buildings received a contemporary architecture in which the apartments are spread across a maximum of four building layers. The homes have a sleek look thanks to the strong lines in the facade. The facade architecture is not the only element that was carefully considered, however. Every apartment was studied and shaped individually, so that it forms a perfect fit in the hip area of Berchem.
