In the centre of Wolvertem, close by the new city hall, Ciril has created service residence Oase. The project consists of a residential care centre that can accommodate up to 80 residents as well as 75 assisted living homes.

Designer ELD Partnership from Antwerp has successfully managed to integrate the residential care campus into its rural surroundings. With this as a base, Ciril has developed three buildings that all consist of three building layers, which makes the project look contained and reminiscent of a cosy neighbourhood. A courtyard separates the residential care centre from the block of assisted living homes, which are located on the street side. This mix of functionalities as well as the assisted living homes’ range of surface areas makes that Oase can care for its residents in a variety of ways.
