At the beginning of 2023, we, together with our partner Belfius Immo, acquired the building "Souverain 280" in Oudergem (Brussels).

Over the next few years, we will be transforming the over 7,000 square meter office building into a mixed-use property, primarily residential. We haven't yet decided exactly how we will do this, but what we do know is that we will also approach this project in a sustainable - and where possible circular - manner. "Souverain 280" will soon become the future-proof home of dozens of families and businesses, near Woluwe Park, in the heart of a lively neighborhood, with homes, restaurants, shops, and plenty of greenery.
