On behalf of transport company De Lijn, Democo is building various buildings in Deurne, including a service building, a tank and car wash and a service building to carry out maintenance tasks.

There will also be a covered depot for 130 standard and 20 articulated buses and parking facilities for staff. Infrastructure works will also be carried out for the construction of a ring road with roundabout and the reconstruction of the intersection with the R11.
