By the Herkenrodesingel, Ciril and Futurn are building the next phase of the largest business park in Hasselt. After landing several household brands such as Mediahuis, Carglass and Delorge, the spacious site of more than 7.5 hectares also became the headquarters for 20 smaller SME companies. With the construction of 37 new SME units, Heros is now building even more room for entrepreneurship, innovation and talent.
Well-connected basecamp
Heros Business Park is located along the Hasselt ring road and close to the E313: easy to find and extremely accessible. Employees and customers can reach the heart of the site via a new connecting road between the Herkenrodesingel and the parallel Oude Spoorbaan, where they can easily park at their destination. Heros Business Park also has a bus stop and a bicycle highway at the entrance: handy for employees and visitors alike.
Built for growth
“The new flexible SME units are built to allow plenty of natural daylight and will be equipped with maintenance-friendly materials meeting the strictest EPB standards,” say architects Mamu Architects. “With dimensions ranging from 146 to 373 m2 and the possibility to expand, Heros offers the perfect step for growth for many smaller companies in a professional and green environment.”
Success story continues
Earlier phases of Heros were sold out in no time at all: the current SME units that are going on sale form the third phase in the development of Heros Business Park. The winning combination of new-build business units, the highly accessible location and the spacious, green surroundings is offering growing companies the ideal opportunity to invest in themselves while benefiting from more space and visibility.
