The corona crisis is presenting small and large companies around the world with new challenges. As a family business, Democo Group's main focus is on the well-being and health of our 800 employees. Therefore, we have of course been following official guidelines: increased hygiene, working from home and avoiding contact as much possible.
Flattening the curve
To further curb the spread of the coronavirus, we made teleworking the current norm for all our employees. Any client contacts remain accessible by email and telephone, and any meetings are organized via digital channels. We’re limiting all activities that require relocating to the absolute minimum.
Construction site safety
If the rules on social distancing cannot sufficiently be guaranteed, we’ll temporarily shut down construction or significantly reduce our activities until we can get fully back to work within the guidelines . The safety of our people is of paramount importance here. We're also giving priority to necessary work on the infrastructure of companies with social importance (healthcare institutions, emergency services, utilities, transport and distribution companies, etc.).
Active & alert
We’re adapting our way of working according to all information and regulations we have today. However, the circumstances are very exceptional and are evolving day to day. We want to guarantee customers, partners and employees that Democo Group will continue to make every effort to honor its agreements and to continue collaborations efficiently and safely.
Together we can make a difference!
