Ciril is making significant progress in the Polish real estate market. Now that the first high-end project in the capital has been completed, work can immediately begin on two new projects. In Warsaw’s trendiest district, construction has just started on ‘Wola Vert’, a development of 51 luxury apartments. Meanwhile, the green light has also been given for the construction of high-end family homes in a private district just outside the city center. "Both projects are giving a strong boost to our ambitions in Poland," says Ciril.
With the rapid succession of Polish projects, Ciril is gradually following in the footsteps of its sister company and contractor, Democo, which has been successfully active in the Polish market for 30 years. Ciril itself took its first steps in Warsaw in 2021 with the small-scale but exclusive residential project ‘Orkana’. Ciril’s approach clearly convinced the Polish real estate market, as this year already marks the start of two new projects.
Construction of ‘Wola Vert’ has just begun. This luxury residential project is located in the Wola district, known for its reputation as a vibrant and trendy neighborhood, often referred to as Warsaw’s new city center. ‘Wola Vert’ is nine stories high and features 51 apartments ranging from 38 to 106 square meters, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as five exclusive penthouses. The design also includes a spacious private garden and underground parking and was created by the renowned architectural firm APA Wojciechowski. The first residents are expected to move in by the end of 2026.
Third project
Meanwhile, Warsaw has also approved a third Ciril project just outside the city center. In the Wilanów district, 34 high-end single-family homes will be built, ranging from 174 to 320 square meters. These houses will be arranged around a private communal street, surrounded by greenery. If everything goes smoothly, construction will begin this autumn.
"We are extremely proud that our years of preparation in the Polish market are now paying off. We combine the best of both worlds: a focus on Polish living habits and a Belgian approach to planning and design. This way of working is convincing many, especially in the higher-end market. The fact that we are now launching a second and third project gives a strong boost to our ambitions in Poland."
