Our employees have the right to a healthy balance between work and personal life. Therefore, it is not mandatory to respond to emails outside of regular working hours. We encourage our employees to turn off their emails or use automatic out-of-office notifications during vacation periods or other absences. We also ask our employees to be respectful of each other's personal time and not to expect immediate responses to emails outside of working hours.
