Trendy new residences Lucid and Vivid at Tweewaters Leuven

Democo is commissioned by AG RE2 WATERS to build the Lucid and Vivid residences in the Tweetwaters city district in Leuven. The Lucid building will be a 70-meter high residential tower with 65 luxury apartments, and the Vivid building is designed as a five-storey horizontal beam. This building will house 89 apartments and 55 assisted-living apartments. Two underground levels will provide parking spaces, cellars and spacious bicycle storage areas for all residents (in temporary partnership with MBG).
