The former furniture shop EM-Decor, a stone's throw from the Grote Markt in Sint-Truiden, has been demolished to make way for a new building project, Residentie Elegant Wonen.

Democo is taking on the construction of 45 flats, 5 retail and office spaces and an underground parking. Part of the old façade will be preserved and incorporated into the overall picture.
