Democo, commissioned by the transport company De Lijn, built various buildings in Deurne, including a service building made of sustainable timber frame construction, a fuel and wash station, and a maintenance facility to carry out service tasks.
Additionally, we constructed a covered depot for 130 standard buses and 20 articulated buses, as well as parking facilities for staff. The depot is also completely future-proof, with charging stations for 82 electric buses!
Infrastructure works were also completed for the construction of a surrounding road with a roundabout and the redevelopment of the intersection with the R11.
