On the former Belgacom site in the Paardsdemerstraat in Hasselt, Democo is building new (loft) apartments, skyhouses, student rooms and assisted living apartments with inner gardens, a beautiful entrance hall and nice catering facilities on the ground floors. This combined housing project was developed by Ciril.
