Democo is building a new zero-energy office building as an extension to the Clinique Saint-Pierre Hospital in Ottignies’ administrative department. On the ground floor and the storey floors a central atrium has been put into place, through which abundant daylight can pour in. The atrium has been sealed with fire-resistant glazing on all sides.
