An old Latin phrase says that all good things come in threes: “Omne Trium Perfectum”. In 2023, we hope once again that many good things will emerge from this new 3. At Democo Group we are setting the tone already, by focusing on our very own trio in our annual vision for 2023: Sustainability, Collaboration and Pride.

Towards integral sustainability

Sustainability is becoming an ever-increasing part of our business operations. All our companies have developed their own sustainability plans and vision. In 2023, we will continue our efforts concerning the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, in order to play an increasingly active role within topics such as Sustainable cities, Innovation, Infrastructure and Responsible manufacturing. We are setting realistic yet ambitions targets relating to climate and, with Science Based Targets, we are doing everything possible to achieve them. Also, as part of our chain responsibility, we are working on equality, training, working conditions and energy. In doing so, we are continuing to take our social responsibility for our planet and generations to come.

Collaboration

We can reflect on many wonderful projects in 2022 and already look forward to all kinds of new accomplishments and commissions in 2023. Each and every project is the result of successful collaboration: between contractor and client, between product developer and city, between interieur developer and final customer, between technician and user – but also between individual experts, and between countless businesses. After all, we work daily with all kinds of different profiles to achieve results that would otherwise be impossible. In a world that seems to grow increasingly complex, we need collaboration more than ever, between all kinds of experts who are stronger together.
