Ciril expands further in Poland with the launch of Wola Vert in Warsaw

On September 3rd, Ciril proudly launched the sale of its second real estate project in Poland: Wola Vert. This residential development, located in the vibrant Wola district in Warsaw, follows a previous project – Orkana – and marks an important step in the realization of our Polish ambitions.

Pieter Vanhout, CEO of Ciril, emphasized: "Our experience of more than 30 years in the Belgian, Portuguese, and Polish markets allows us to develop projects like Wola Vert, where quality and aesthetics go hand in hand with functionality and modern comfort. We are proud of what we have achieved in Poland."

Wola Vert offers 51 apartments, ranging from 38 m² to 106 m², including studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments. The architecture of the building is a creation of the renowned APA Wojciechowski architectural firm, known for its minimalist style and timeless elegance.

The location of Wola Vert, in the emerging Bliska Wola neighborhood, ensures that residents can enjoy both the proximity of the city center and peaceful green spaces, such as the exclusive private garden, designed by LAB Monika Rodziewicz.

With a focus on sustainability, the project offers, among other features, underground parking spaces with the option to install electric vehicle charging stations, as well as modern communal areas and a secure bicycle storage.
