The Nieuwe Markt project in Hamme is expanding its housing offer! After launching the Poort residence, today we are launching the sale of the second - and also the last - residence called Plein.

In the summer of last year, we became acquainted with the Poort building, the first residence on the market in the heart of Hamme. Meanwhile, 60% of these apartments have already been sold, and it is certain that a Delhaize supermarket will occupy the entirety of the ground floor commercial space.
 
Now, the second and ultimate residence is coming on the market - literally and figuratively 😉 - the Plein residence.

Plein is located directly on the market square and offers apartments with a front view of it. It is ideal for people who like lots going on around them. There are also apartments at the rear of the building for those who prefer peace and quiet and greenery because here, you have a view of a charming little school park.
 
The building is small-shelled with only 19 apartments ranging from 1 to 2 bedrooms. There are also single-storey townhouses/apartments with their own private gardens.
 
A total of 70 apartments will be built on Nieuwe Markt. 60% of Poort was already sold. All commercial space has also already been sold in the meantime.
However, there are still offices available at the head of the Poort at the roundabout, making it an absolutely high-visibility location.

Besides apartments, commercial premises and offices, Nieuwe Markt also includes constructing a new library and academy for Hamme. The works are in full execution.
