On Tuesday evening, this prestigious recognition was awarded during the "Best Workplaces in Belgium" award show, an event organized by the Great Place to Work® Belgium Institute in collaboration with Vlerick Business School. This renewed distinction underscores the constant dedication of our entire team to make Democo Group an attractive, cohesive, and dynamic workplace.

With a 4th place in the category of large companies, we are once again recognized as one of the top workplaces in Belgium, which speaks volumes about the positive work culture within our organization. However, the most valuable aspect is that our employees again indicate that they go to work with pleasure every day, which makes them the true foundation of our company.
