Does the name De Bonnefant mean anything to you? This is our housing project under construction on the corner of Bonnefantenstraat and Paardsdemerstraat in the heart of Hasselt. It’s a first because, although we’re still in the construction phase, interested parties can already experience what it feels like to live in De Bonnefant, all thanks to the first finished model apartment.

De Bonnefant is divided into different types of homes, from ‘sky houses’, lofts, and apartments to assisted-living residences. The model apartment is a loft and has a spacious, bright living space with an open-plan kitchen. There are two bedrooms, a bath, and a surprisingly large patio, all under a four-metre-high ceiling. We’ve received many tour bookings since the model apartment opened.
